Medicare's Home Health Compare Website

On November 4, 2003, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) launched the Home Health Compare website.  This new online resource allows providers and consumers to view agency-specific quality measures.  The eleven quality measures are intended to help patients make more informed decisions about their health care, as well as to give home health agencies an incentive to improve their performance on the quality measures.

     Choose Home Health Compare

     Choose Begin Search for Home Health Agencies in Your Area

     Choose a State

     Narrow Your Search by County, ZIP Code, or Health Agency Name

     Choose One or More Home Health Agencies Using the Check Boxes

     Review the Quick Results or Compare Home Health Agencies by Agency Characteristics or Quality Measures

     Use Your Web Browser's Back Button to Choose New Quality Measures to Compare or Begin a New Search
